Puppy training?

I'm thinking about enrolling my puppy some training classes.
what are the good places I can go to get my puppy trained? (I know petsmart...what are other options?)
Also how much does the basic training cost? How much would you willing to pay for a class?

My puppy used to be very calm and liked to cuddle. But now he is out of control. He can be sleeping on my lap one minute then running around the house as if he is being chased by an invisuable things the next minute. He doesn't respond to my callings anymore and if i try to hold him he runs the other way. That makes me so sad. I tried to train him myself but I don't have much time nor energy. He socializes daily and goes out to a walk 2-3 times a day. He is 3 months old shih tzu and he's getting neutered in 2-3 months
